Geoff Stanley's career in the mining industry spans over 25 years, including 15 years based in New York in mining finance, analytical and mining advisory capacities. Stanley spent the first six years of his career as an exploration geologist with Billiton and subsequently worked in Australia as a mining analyst with Jacksons Ltd, Jardine Fleming, and the Warburg Group. He transferred to New York with the Warburg Group in 1994 and has now been a highly ranked analyst in the Australian, Canadian, and US equity markets, earning numerous prestigious awards including number one ranking in the Wall Street Journal's

Geoff is a Chartered Accountant becoming a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1998. Geoff also graduated from Warwick University in 1995 with a first class degree in Electrical Engineer from and is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology. Originally joining Amlib as Finance Director in 2008, Geoff was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2009 since which time he has led AmLib’s transformation into an efficient, effective exploration company and overseen the several convertible debt issues and equity capital raisings.

Geoff worked at Ferrexpo Plc prior to joining Amlib, playing an integral role in the first public listing of a Ukrainian company to the London stock exchange in 2007 raising US$340 million of equity for project expansion of the iron ore producer. Geoff spent more than ten years with Ernst and Young working in a range of roles in London, Frankfurt and their Global head office. In the last few years Geoff coordinated the London office’s resource sector listing transactions with gave him significant experience in the emerging market extractive industries sector.

Mr. Schierbeek is the Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of RDV Corporation. RDV Corporation, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, serves the Richard M. DeVos family in investment management, estate planning, tax and personal services, and foundation administration. Mr. DeVos is Co-Founder of Amway Corporation and owner of the Orlando Magic NBA basketball team.

Mr. Schierbeek is responsible for a variety of different tasks including investment analysis and implementation, management of financial and professional relationships, along with other financial services for the DeVos family. Mr. Schierbeek is a CPA and earned a bachelors degree in accounting from Calvin College. He is an alumnus of Deloitte & Touche in Grand Rapids and also currently serves on a number of boards.

Mr. Orr-Ewing began his career as an investment manager for the Shell Pension Fund in London after qualifying as a Certified Accountant. He has a wealth of over 35 years experience spanning both the oil and mining industries and has been a director of UK and Canadian oil companies and Irish and Canadian mining companies.

Mr Orr-Ewing also currently acts as an adviser to a fund management company on its natural resources portfolios. He was actively involved in the oil industry from 1971 through to 1987 working with numerous companies in the North Sea, Libya, Nigeria and Algeria. Mr. Orr-Ewing is a geography graduate of Oxford University.

Alex Davidson has over 30 years of international mining company experience in designing, building, implementing and managing gold and base metal exploration and acquisition programs throughout the world. Mr. Davidson currently consults to companies in the mining industry, prior to which he was Executive Vice President, Exploration and Corporate Development with responsibility for Barrick Gold's international exploration programs and Corporate Development activities. He joined Barrick in October 1993 as Vice President, Exploration with responsibility for the Company's expanding exploration program. Mr. Davidson initiated the expansion of Barrick Exploration out of North America and into Latin America, and then Africa and Asia and in doing so built one of the premier exploration groups in the world. On the corporate development side Mr. Davidson was instrumental in the acquisitions of Sutton Resources, Arequipa Resources, Pangea Goldfields, Homestake Mining and finally Placer Dome Ltd. Prior to joining Barrick, Mr. Davidson was Vice President, Exploration for Metall Mining Corporation.

In April 2005, Mr. Davidson was presented the 2005 A.O. Dufresne Award by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum to recognize exceptional achievement and distinguished contributions to mining exploration in Canada. In 2003, Mr. Davidson was named the Prospector of the Year by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada in recognition for his team's discovery of the Lagunas Norte Project in the Alto Chicama District, Peru. He has received his B.Sc. and his M.Sc. in Economic Geology from McGill University.
